The point of these is (obviously! obviously?) to get better. Some are exercises I use with the various instruments I play. Some are exercises others may find useful. Some are based on exercises/quizzes/tests given at my children's schools.
If written as ABC music notation, there are many converters one can use; one I like is even online: http://www.mandolintab.net/abcconverter.php To use that one, just copy/paste the text of the exercise from here into the form over there, press "Submit", and there you have it.
